Client Retention

I develop exciting customer retention events/programs that create long-lasting, enjoyable memories and strengthen customer ties.  These are programs that clients do not keep to themselves, but broadcast throughout their organization and networks.

My use of select events or programs, combined with unique promotional items, entertaining public speaking skills (emcee), video production and web/blog promotion has clients recalling programs not just for days or weeks, but for months.  I have successfully developed and executed over 70 of these events for Fortune 500 Companies. 

Due to my programs, my company was awarded the ITSMA (IT Services Marketing Association) award in 2007 in the “Strengthening Customer Relationships” category.
